I want to replace my "skoda BT" unit (1Z0 035 730) with the premium version in my Passat 3C.

I read some where that in order to get (A2P2),BT audio, I need part No. 3C8 035 730. Can anyone confirm or deny this? I think most threads say 5N0 035 730A is the latest part. Are these the same or not?

Also as my Skoda BT unit is under my seat, where does the premium unit go. Same place? I realise I can mount it anywhere I want, but where is it supposed to go?
