Just got off the phone with Alicia at Navteq and she totally hooked us up on a DVD!

I had called this morning and not all of the employees had been trained for the new SKU (very frustrating), but everyone should be ready to rock by now.

Go ahead and call them and ask for Matt, Alicia or Jenny. I know these three have been instructed on the new disc.
