Hi,
I've tried everything to get the RVC to work with my RNS510 in a 1.6 canbus Touareg. But no luck. RNS510 recognises it as being there, but no image.
I originally added the RVC to my treg when it was fitted with a CD MFD2. Only way it worked was to select TV. Changed to a DVD MFD2 and the RVC worked automatically from then on.
So.... I am thinking that rather than fit the Canbus 2 RVC controller, I code the RNS510 to say a TV is attached and put my old canbus 1.6 RVC controller back in and simply select TV on the RNS510. I'm thinking it may show the RVC image.
Hard to test yet as I need to find a canbus 2 car to recode my RNS510 for TV.
Anyone have any thoughts - or experience - with this?
