Does anyone know if a Volk-L is already installed, can the unit be replaced with the 9W3 Skoda D module and use the same microphone or other wiring?

Also, if the Skoda module is installed, will the PHONE menu be enabled on the red instrument MFD? (2009 Eos with RNS-510)
