I have a very big problem with my RNS.

I have the FW 2660 already installed around a month. (Without Problems)
On last Friday when I am driving home I noticed that my RNS isn't playing music and climatronic / OPS isn't working no more . In addition, the touchscreen no longer works.
So I thought I do a reset.
After the reset, I had the same result again. After I had disconnected the battery for a "hard reset", it asked for the code. But as I said the touchscreen was not working.
After this I attempted a downgrade.
I got the following error message (tryed it with version 0900, 1100 and the currently installed 2660)



When I now reboot the RNS it is just asking für SWL-CD.
(Btw: Touchscreen is working in SWL-CD Mode)

Can somebody help me, please?
